Our reporter came across household waste dumped in a private land at Kerarapon last week on Wednesday. The waste most likely came from a well off household judging by the brand names on some of the waste.
Some rogue business owners especially bars, take advantage of desperate individuals such as drug addicts, mentally sick and street boys by paying them only Ksh20 to dispose their waste carelessly causing harm to the environment.
